SPENCECO LLC operates the SpenceCo Water brand (“SpenceCo,” “we,” “us”) at spencecowater.com. We provide residential water filtration, softening, optional reverse osmosis, in-home water testing, and related service information for homes in Palm Beach County and Broward County, Florida. Service is scheduled to your home from the Delray Beach area.

Information we collect

When you request a free water test, contact us, or otherwise submit a form on this site, we may collect information you provide, such as:

• Service address or city
• Water source (municipal or well) and notes you choose to share
• Message content and preferred contact times

We do not ask for payment card numbers through the public website forms described here. If you call or text us, the same kinds of contact details may be recorded so we can respond.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, mobile information, or SMS opt-in records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional activities.
