About SpenceCo
SPENCECO LLC — local water treatment for Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
SPENCECO LLC is based around Delray Beach and serves homeowners across Palm Beach County and Broward County. We install whole-home filtration, true softening, and optional reverse osmosis—and we start every recommendation with a free in-home water test.
How we work
Work begins with a free in-home water test. We perform an in-home field assessment of treatment-relevant conditions, review the water at your taps, and evaluate the plumbing and installation setup—then give a straightforward recommendation: what the house needs, what it does not, and what it would cost if you want a system.
Carbon filtration, true softening, and optional reverse osmosis follow from those results. If a condo cannot take whole-home equipment, we say so. If a Wellington well needs more than the municipal package, we say that too. Education comes before the sale.
Installation is local and service-shaped: careful placement, clean plumbing connections, and White Glove follow-up care after the system is in. We care about workmanship you can see in the garage—not hype on a brochure.
How we describe the work
- True softening means ion-exchange.
- Reverse osmosis is an optional under-sink upgrade, priced separately.
- Carbon and softening treat specific water issues confirmed during the test—we do not claim every contaminant is removed.
- Residential well-water filtration and softening is available; well systems are quoted after testing.
